GBV Awareness

With the increased number of Gender Based Violence in the country, a group of volunteers in partnership with CIMC are doing their bit help raise awareness at the community level.

Facilitated by Australian Awards Women Leadership Initiative, and the CIMC Family and Sexual Violence Unit, a small group of participants attended the awareness program at Gereka just outside the Nation’s capital.

They share information on Gender Based Violence and came up with solutions to the problems faced in the community.
