Something very scary caught on security camera. (it appears at 42 seconds)

My roommate is a thief. I've been using a small security camera when I leave. Caught this about 10 min or so after I left. I will post the entire vid. This is just the scariest part. I don't know if this is something wrong with the camera or what. Please tell me what you think. I think I want to move more than ever.
