PM Modi will be hosting Russian President Vladimir Putin for a bilateral meeting on December 6. Experts feel Putin choosing India as his first bilateral stop post the pandemic is a message in itself. The visit comes amid strained ties between New Delhi & Beijing over the latter’s belligerence. Experts say though Putin will be in New Delhi for only a few hours, it sends a clear geopolitical message.
