In this video, I have a conversation with Sara Baumann from Women and Weapons, a 10,000 piece NFT collection that sold out within minutes with the power of influencer marketing and grew to a community of 11,000 members on Discord.

This is a new series where I will interview founders, creators, investors and contributors from the NFT and web3.0 space. We'll have conversations primarily around marketing, community and team elements to understand how these things are different in web3.0 and what we can learn from it - whether that means adopting it for use cases in web2.0 or onboarding in this new and growing space. Sara Baumann is the artist and founder behind the Women and Weapons NFT collection. She dreamed of being a full-time artist since she was a young girl, but until NFTs, she worked as a full-time Occupational Therapist in the hospital system and sold her art on the side. Through the power of digital art, NFTs, and Web 3.0, she can finally pursue her dream of being a full-time artist.
